The rental prices are per night in 2022, based on an occupancy of 4 people:

†      Low season (April, May, June; Sept, Oct, Nov) per night € 175.00.

†      High season (Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar; July, Aug) per night € 195.00.

†      Peak season (around Christmas and New Year and around Carnival € 225.00

* The deposit is €450 per booking.

When renting to more than 4 people, an additional €25 per night is added for each additional person. During peak season this is €35 per night. Children under 3 years are not included.

Arrival possible daily.

Minimum rental period is 5 nights.

May holidays and Christmas holidays minimum 7 nights.
